Psychologist / Operations Manager
Letitia McVey is a warm and collaborative practitioner who has a particular passion for children and adolescents, advocating for early intervention to promote resilience, strengths, and hope. Letitia involves parents in the therapeutic process as much as possible due to her grounding in attachment, advocating for wrap around supports and connection.
Studying psychology gradually since 2011, Letitia has clinical experience with assessing for and supporting Specific Learning Disorders, Autism and ADHD, as well as working with a broad range of presentations from a developmental perspective (i.e. Depression, Anxiety, Vomit Phobia). Letitia has a non-judgmental approach, and aims to explore your therapy goals by building a safe and creative space wherever you are on your journey. She recognises that mental health education is important at both an individual, family and systematic level and can support you and/or your children in building reflection and resources for life outside the clinic – while you provide the expertise of your own experience.
Letitia also brings experiences from a HR/Operations background in building workplace culture, leadership, and conflict management, with a passion for consistency and change management. She is currently in a split role, which also incorporates managing some of the day-to-day operations of the business and supporting the team to streamline processes so we can provide sustainable and ongoing services as a small business into the future.
