Provisional Psychologist
Gen is a warm, approachable provisional psychologist who works across the lifespan, with a particular interest in supporting older children (10+), adolescents, and young adults. She draws on CBT, ACT, and DBT-informed approaches, tailoring intervention to each individual’s needs while prioritising a collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, supported, and understood.
Currently accepting referrals for:
- Children (10+), adolescents, and young adults experiencing trauma, complex family dynamics, adjustment difficulties, or school refusal.
- Mood and anxiety disorders, difficulties with emotion regulation, identity concerns, and interpersonal or relationship challenges.
- School-related concerns, including academic stress, social difficulties, and challenges with engagement or attendance.
- Body image concerns, body dysmorphia, low-risk eating disorder presentations, complex PTSD, and health psychology presentations.
While GenĀ has particular interest areas as outlined above, she remains open to working with clients across the lifespan and a broad range of presenting concerns.
Gen works on Mondays and Thursdays.
